Thank you for choosing Treats 2 Geaux! Every treat is made with love, care, and quality ingredients in our home kitchen. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and sweet experience.

📍 PICK-UP & DELIVERY

Pick-Up:
• Pickup is by appointment only — all orders require a scheduled pickup time. Location: Baton Rouge, LA (70809)
• Missed your pick-up? Your order will be placed on the porch, regardless of weather. You are fully responsible for the condition of your order once it's placed outside.
No refunds will be issued for missed pick-ups.

Delivery:
• Delivery is available upon request and must be arranged at the time you place your order. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.

After Pick-Up:
• We are not responsible for any damage after pick-up. This includes: melting, smudging, shifting, or crushing.
No refunds will be issued for post-pick-up damage.

⚠️ LEGAL & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

• All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected or regulated by the state or local health department.
• This kitchen is not allergen-free. Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts. Please take caution if you or your guests have any food allergies or sensitivities.

💵 PAYMENT POLICY

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is made in full.
• Accepted payment methods: Venmo or Zelle
• Your order is not reserved until payment is received.

**Louisiana Sales tax will be added to all orders.

🔄 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All items are custom-made and prepared with care. If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of pick-up to report any concerns. At least 75% of the product must be returned within 12 hours of your message.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
• You contact us after 48 hours

Less than 75% of the product is returned
• The issue is due to improper storage or handling after pick-up

Note: Full (100%) refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
